Hello, and welcome to The GOLFER'S EDGE. We are located at the heart of Kingsport, Tennessee, just off of Stone Drive at 2000 Stonebrook Place. We are the area’s only 350+ yard level fully-lit Driving Range where you hit off real grass just like on a golf course. We have a fully stocked pro shop complete with new and used clubs, balls, bags, accessories and we specialize in Ping clubs and more. Our pro shop is available for repairs, gripping, extensions and sizing. We also have paintball supplies, bicycle sales, supplies and rentals. We are open year round and our Summer hours are late!
Play our 36 hole Miniature Golf course with two separate courses. Enjoy our scenery of flowers, waterfalls, rock filled streams, fountains, and trick holes like a swinging log or the bridge. It’s fun for the entire family. Bring a friend or an entire crew for a fun time for anyone of any age.
Rent a bicycle and take a ride on Kingsport’s beautiful Greenbelt Trail. Miles of landscaped scenery are yours to explore as you ride a paved path through some of the most historic areas of Kingsport. We have bicycle & helmet rentals of all sizes for the entire family to enjoy. All your bicycling needs are met with our supplies including new and used bicycles, helmets and more.
Our 6 stall batting cages are now open. We have a fast pitch softball, 2 slow pitch softballs, and 3 baseballs with different speeds. We have special price for 5 token purchase and you will receive 1 FREE for $5.00. The cages can also be rented out for 1/2 hr or more. Great place to bring a softball or baseball team. Bring your own bats or use our bats and helmets for free when you purchase tokens.
The facility was first opened in 1983 but in 2003 Junior and Whitney Carr purchased the facility, relocated their golf store from Gray, TN, and then added two 18 Hole Miniature Golf Courses, Bicycle Rentals, a Party Room and a 6 stall batting cage. “We have something for everyone here”, says Junior Carr, “and we are adding more each year.” The Golfer’s Edge promises to be a family-oriented, Christian-based, sports fun center with something fun for everyone.
The facility is popular for hosting birthday parties, corporate events, church outings, reunions and community events.
